Yes! The bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.
Our coaches will adjust the exercises to your level, so whether you're new to working out or already active, you'll be able to participate comfortably.
Is IT suitable for beginners?
The bootcamp is held at 240-242 Nguyen Hoang, An Phu, District 2, HCM City (NIZ Studio) at 11am-12pm every Saturday and Sunday.
Once you sign up, we’ll send you the exact address and Google Maps location so you can find it easily.
When and Where does the bootcamp take place?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Bootcamp is more fun when you train with friends, and many people join specifically to meet new people and stay motivated together.
